· Back Pain

Causes:
There are several common sources of back pain include improper posture, extreme tiredness, lack of sleep, etc. These cases may lead to an injury of the spine which in turn generates pain. Once the spinal system is affected, the blood circulation at the lower back will be influenced accordingly, resulting in severe pain.
 
Theory:
